This is my baby firefly. She's one of the animals that I created.

I've been imagining this animal for awhile, and finally decided to draw it, though I'm horrible with anatomy. My friend and I have decided that they're part cat, dog, mouse, and deer. They live in trees and only come out at night. They are about the size of a house cat and have claws. That's about all I know about them at this point. I'll post some sketches of them soon.

I used my cat and my dog as refs for this pic.

I realize that there are many things wrong with this picture anatomy-wise. Also, there is no shading and it all seems pretty flat. my original intention for this was just to show markings. I never planned on posting it here.

ahh nice design :) the faded black dorsal stipe is really cool, though the ears looka bit small

Wow, you're right, it does look somewhat horselike, especially the butt and the tail! It's really an interesting concept, though, part deer-cat-dog-mouse... but you've significantly changed the design, though, no?

I change it a lot! The actual first concept for the species was more cat like, but then I drew this one day, and she became more and more feline with each picture I drew and now she's 100% cat.
